Typographical Errors
In the event that The Wild Orange spa product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Wild Orange spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Wild Orange spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Wild Orange spa shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term and Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Wild Orange spa without notice at any time, for any reason. SHIPPING POLICY
Standard shipping is our default shipping method. We never send product or gift cards through Canada Post. We will use only Purolator Courier to ship your package. We will make this determination based on speed and cost effectiveness. Shipping charges vary depending on recipient location, and are subject to change at any time without notice.
CHANGES TO POLICY
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change. This policy was last modified on April 8, 2013.

PURCHASE POLICY
At the Wild Orange spa, we always validate our gift cards for the original purchase price. Our gift cards never expire, but prices are subject to change. Gift cards are always accepted at face value. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift cards may be used towards any treatment, service, gratuity or product at the Wild Orange spa. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, they should be treated as cash.
SHIPPING POLICY
At the Wild Orange spa, we never ship gift cards or products through Canada Post. To better serve our customers, we use Purolator Courier. Shipping charges vary based on recipient location, and are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipping within 2 business days.
International Orders: We do ship internationally, but cannot guarantee the delivery date due to US Customs.

What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, visit the Wild Orange spa, or participate in another site feature.
