HOW TO SPA

For the best possible spa experience, we ask that you follow these guidelines. All treatments, prices and times are subject to change without notice.

Arrival Time

We invite all guests to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment(s). This will allow you time to relax and enjoy our private men’s and women’s lounge area and steam room. Please note there is a short consultation form for all new guests to complete.

Reservations and Cancelations

We have reserved this time especially for you. To cancel or adjust treatments we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Group bookings require a 7 day cancelation notice. Please keep in mind that should you arrive late, we will need to complete the service at the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next guest, original price will apply. We accept the following methods of payment: Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.

What to Wear & Bring

All guests are offered a robe and sandals to change into and are provided with a personal locker; however, we suggest that you leave any valuables at home. The Wild Orange spa™ cannot be responsible for lost or damaged articles. During your treatments at the Wild Orange spa, you will be professionally draped at all times, ensuring your comfort and privacy; if you wish to bring a bathing suit for any hydrotherapy treatments, we invite you to do so, however it is not required.

Steam Room

Our eucalyptus steam room is a great way to unwind before or after treatments. Please note however, that we do not recommend steam room use if you have certain medical conditions such as but not limited to: heart problems, high or low blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, or pregnancy. Speak to your doctor if you have any questions about whether the steam room is right for you.

Facilities

The use of our lounges, steam room and showers are included with all spa treatments. Our facilities are also available for use without a scheduled treatment for $20 per person.

Etiquette

To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, please speak softly in relaxation areas and treatment rooms. We ask that all cell phones be turned off or to silent mode prior to arrival.

Children

In order to maintain our relaxed and tranquil atmosphere we ask that children not be brought into the spa.

Gratuities

Treatments and Gift Cards do not include gratuities; 10-15% is standard.

Parking

Free parking is available in The Gateway plaza, underground (enter off Mayfair Ave.) or in the parking lot behind The Gateway (enter off Marshall Road). We are located in a busy complex, please allow ample time for parking.

Spa Cuisine

Spa lunches are available for your enjoyment for an additional $25 per person upon request. Please inform the Reception Department when booking that you would like to include a lunch in your visit. We ask that guests refrain from bringing outside food or beverages into the spa.

Spa lunches are not available for weekend appointments.
